Refer to the previous blog which i had visit the mentally disable children centre and found some diagnose which i like to share once of it. Name cerebral palsy .

After watching bedtime story, i feel very happy thanks to my friend who's company me and comfort me due to i had to cancel my trips to China, Guilin that i suppose to go yesterday.The reason why i cancel is because i forgot to apply Visa, what a joke right .Well i will just treat as a token to Airasia.

Why i choose bedtime story is because after the movie, i learn a point of view in my life that things sometime happen bad don't mean is bad all the time if you use another point of view look into it you will see there is a short of good luck come to you. Example this movie Adam(actor) he always think that all the bad things will only come to him and he try to change it by telling the bedtime story to his nephew and niece to gain the happy ending story.

Overall story was a happy ending so don't be to sad when really that is all the bad things hit on us i believe the bad once come the good luck will follow behind you.

Today i come to Happiness Centre which for children mentally disabled . I come to give some daily need to them. This centre had 35 child, the eldest is 25 yrs old but still laying down in the baby coat, the youngest is 2 years old. Due to the brain problem like microcephaly with spastic quadriplegici, cerebral palsy,old spastic,sparlic quadirpalic,cp and blind.

This centre need a lot of help.Why don't give our blessing to them while we still can ? Let them have a home to call thier own.This centre founder is Mr. Roy Collar and the admin person incharge is mdm.Nancy Miranda. This centre was start on July 2004 till now and location at no:4803-C,Taman Anggerik, Klebang Kecil,75200 Melaka, Malaysia. Tel:06-3364561, 3358487 and the fax no: 06-3364564.

On the 4th of Jan 09 is was sunday,i decided to had a dinner gathering with my group of friends at my houses. So early in the morning, i send a short message inform all my friends. Mean while i drive to market and buy all those stuff that i need to prepare for my new recipe.

Too bad i got all the stuff except fish maybe due to the last two days weather is bad and keep raining till the fisherman can't go out the sea. So i had to change my fish dish to another simple food.

Today, i will like to cook black sauce chicken with potato , deep fried bean curd with sambal belacen chili,cucumber soup with dry squid,pork with dry red wine and the last is black sauce prawn.

This is my own recipe for Black Sauce Chicken

6 pcs of drumstick chicken ( chopped in cube)
2 tbl spoon of garlic
1 spoon of black soy sauce
3 potato(cute in small cube)
1/2 spoon of soy sauce
pepper
sugar

Method:-

Heat 2 scoop of cooking oil follow with garlic fried it till it turn brownis then go with chicken meat. Fried about 15 min then go with potato and add one big mug of water and let it boil. at the same time just add the pepper and sugar till it almost drier and cooked.

Black soy prawn

500mg of prawn
3 big scoop of garlic
3 big scoop of ginger
2 tbl spoon of black soy sauce
2 tbl spoon of sugar
1 tbl spoon of salt
pepper

Method:-
Heat oil and fried gralic and ginger in to brownis follow by the prawn which already season with sugar,salt,black soy sauce,pepper. Then about 10 min pour a small bowl of water mix with corn flour let it cooked and served.

Pork with dry red wine

500mg of pork rib(season with salt,soy sauce and corn flour)
500mls glass of dry red wine
2 scoop of sugar
2 scoop of garlic

Method:-

Heat oil follow by garlic till brownis then pork rib and sugar till is half cook pour the dry red wine and cook about 10 to 15 mins serve it.


Cucumber soup with dry squid

300mg of yellow cucumber
30mg of dry squid
10mg of red dates
3 slices of ginger
300mg of chicken bone

Method

Boil 2000ml of water in a cooking pot and put all the ingredient with 2 table spoon of salt and cook for 4 hours with small flame of fire.

Today is friday also 2nd day of Jan 09, is a sunny day and i have schedule with me . The most important in my schedule is i am going to Mudita House. What is Mudita House? Actually is a orphanage at Jalan Gajah Berang,Melaka,Malaysia. I very surprise there just start this Mudita House on year 2004 till today left 5 kids. The eldest and second is study Notre Dame Sec form 3 in Melaka (Girl School) the third is boy study in Chatolic school standard 6 , the forth is boy same school in standard 5 and the last is boy and standard 3.

Their are very cute and polite.There is auntie name mdm. Poh and uncle mr.Raymond both of them are taking care of them. There will bring them to outdoor activites,school , prepare meals and etc.
