Today news you can see more and more country was affected by this Swine Flu. What is Swine Flu?? The symptoms just like the regular flu, if you had the below symptoms please quick go and get your doctor advise.

Symptoms such as:Vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, fever, nausea, sore throat, chills, body aches, lethargy, trouble breathing and lack of appetite.

Swine Flu viruses originally found in pigs. Although Swine Flu is common in pigs and rare in humans but recently humans are being effect by this flu in epidemic way.

We can prevent this as below:-Avoid contact with people if you,or they are sick.
-Stay at home from work,school or any other public
activities while you are sick.
-Shield other from your cough and sneezes by using tissue.
Make sure all the used tissue and other utensils are disposed
properly.
-Wash your hand often.
-Keep your hands away from eyes,nose or mouth.
-Maintain healthy habits like get enough sleep,eat well,
drink fluids and exercise.

I will recommend face mask which designed as classed N95 particular mask.

You get into your teens, now they can't hold you back. You jump to the next number, or even a few ahead.

In Cambodia, there believes virgins can cure AIDS.Throughout South-East Asia, tens of thousands of children are forced into prostitution each year. They are raped and beaten. many are killed.

Nevertheless, there still a lot of country using this method as trading and entertainment to attract business in illegal way. Please help the girls out there and reduce the number of AIDS victim especially all the young and innocence girls.

Today is my day 4 & 5 days in Japan trips . Is my free and easy day me and my friends seetha,sharon,and chin chin four of us take our sweet time for this two days. Early morning we take out american breakfast in the hotel about 9 am finish about 10.30am.

So we get ready and start our today journey,at first we walk out the main door hotel and i suggest to mine friends why don't we play a game by throwing a coin decide where we shall start to discover left or right. The result is start from the left, so we start from left side along the road we can see a lot of mini food shop where there display all the nice and attractive food together with price.

Along the journey we stop for shopping to buy some souvenir and we did take a look few shop where in Malaysia you can't find so officially but here is legal but is allow to whom is legal age.

We did try their shop where all the local people use to had their lunch where you had to buy from machine and all self service .And the price is more reasonable compare with others. So we really enjoy the foods in Japan.

And we did visit all the branded department store and all the latest fashion design just for our own updates in fashion.All the design here are fabulous and wonderful.

Today is day 3, my destination for today is visit "Sakura " cherry blossom . This is all of us dream the purpose to come Japan is to see the cherry blossom. So today we go to the park and there you can see two row full of cherry tree and blossom amazing how wonderful is it and all the festival white lantern which to cheers the cherry blossom.

We spend for few hours there to get picture and some nice ankle of view for the photos. And had light refreshment since the weather is only 10degree cool where you can't get this weather in Malaysia since you had the chances enjoy it in your lifetime.

After the few hours, we proceed to the wholesales fruits market where located opposite the park and this time in this market you can get all kind of fresh fruits and fresh seafood. Here we just spend about 3 hours to try the fresh fruit and some shasimi . Today most of the time i just enjoy eating." Why Not "

Before i go away for my works i would like to continue my another blog for Japan trips. For previous destination was Hakone. Early in the morning i miss the view for snowing, my colleague and room-mates was lucky to watch and feel it just a very short moment than it stop. It was early morning about 6am that is what elderly always say a words " Early bird will get what there deserved"

From Hakone Prince Hotel we proceed to Sinjuku, we stop at the subway train station and experience their bullet train to reach our next destination "Sinjuku". In Japan,subway train is playing important transport for the people their to reach a place to another with convenience ,cheap fair and fast.

There had JR railway and others railway too. Why i just mention JR is due to this is the most important railway and only railway had bullet train which the speed move faster compare with others.The latest news very soon Japan going to invent another bullet train which faster than present once.

So If with bus from Hakone you need to drive at least four hours to reach Sinjuku but with the bullet train we just need about 30 min to reach our destination.When we touch Sinjuku,you can see a lot of exit,and few level of subway from others company.

Than we proceed to Ginza where this place full of shopping mall and branded stuff and all kind of latest product especially electronic gadget,watches and etc..

In Ginza friday, saturday and sunday the main street will close and let their people come and shop with peace of mind for their kids safety purpose at the main street. On weekday this main street is busy with traffic.

So we was enjoy our shopping and meal here. Things here are very expensive cost living here is very high compare with Malaysia, so be proud to stay in Malaysia.Expecially less disaster.

Beware ! When you are a guy going out with this group of girls must very carefull !!!!

How to Dance in the Rain

It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his 80's arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am.

I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would be able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.

While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry.

The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I inquired as to her health.

He told me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's Disease.

As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.

He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognised him in five years now.

I was surprised, and asked him, 'And you still go every morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?'

He smiled as he patted my hand and said,
'She doesn't know me, but I still know who she is.'

I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought,

'That is the kind of love I want in my life.'

True love is neither physical, nor romantic.
True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be.

With all the jokes and fun that are in e-mails, sometimes there is one that comes along that has an important message. This one I thought I could share with you.

After the mount Fuji visit,we proceed to second destination where this place name :Hakone is located at the down hills of Mount Fuji. This place had a very quite,beautiful lake which previous was a volcano now was one of the interesting place for leisure.

The moment we reach there we stop at the Hakone terminal for our Lunch,we had their local japanese food and try their famous green tea and fruits wine taste sweet. After the lunch we had a very short of 20 minute to stop at the terminal for shopping.This is what girl like.

Than we proceed to the famous hills where you can smell a very bad and wired smell but this place is the place where this mountain produce a lot of sulphate and the special boiled egg that the legend say if you consume one egg you wil longevity 3 years. The eggs taste nothing special just like a normal egg and the skin cover with the black color mud where from the water sulphate.

Then the last destination of this day is our beautifull rest house where it located at the down hills near the lake where you can see from my picture attached. The rest house name Prince Hakone. We enjoy the hot spring where outside the rest house and everybody naked just with a small piece of towel for you to warm and balance your head temperature because the outside weather is only 8 degree. And i had a very good dinner and a sweet memory at the hot spring now prepare to go to bed for tomorrow journey. Continue.........
