How Do I really Feel About Myself?

Stop and ask yourself today, " How do i really feel about myself?"

Before you answer read these ten principles.

Better yet, keep them before you daily.

(1) Never think or speak negatively about yourself; that puts you in disagreement
with the Universe.

(2) Meditate on your strengths and learn to encourage yourself, for much of the
time nobody else will.

(3) Don't compare yourself to anybody else . You're unique, one of a kind,
an original. So don't settle for being a copy.

(4) Focus on your potential, not your limitations. Remember, the Universe lives in you!

(5) Find what you like to do, do well, and strive to do it with excellence.

(6) Have the courage to be different. Be a God pleaser, not a people pleaser.

(7) Learn to handle criticism. Let it develop you instead of discourage you .

(8) Determine your own worth instead of letting others do it for you.
They'll short-change you!

(9) Keep your shortcomings in perspective - you're still a work in progress.

(10) Focus daily on your greatest source of confidence - the wonderful person that is YOU!

Have a great day friends!

Beware!!! Happen In Malaysia

Dear All,

There is an amazing way to steal money now!!

It happen to my friend.

In early Feb 2009, I posted 2 cheques in 2 envelopes
supplied by the credit card companies. I deposited the 2
envelopes into a postbox near my condo.
A few days later I
was surprised that my account was overdrawn by more than the
amount I have issued.
When I checked with
the bank, I was told that the two cheques have been cleared
but the amount debited was much higher than I had written!!!

I checked with the
credit card companies and was told that they have not
received the cheques for payment!!!

I suspect that the postman who collected the mails or those
handling the mails therafter must have intercepted the two
envelopes and must have got links to the bank.

I made a police report and was told that I am not the only
one with this problem!! Then I went to the bank to ask for
images of the checks and was told it will take a few days to
get the information the police require.

I was also told by
the bank customer relations officer that the technology is
so advance now that there is a liquid which can be applied
to the cheques and wipe out what you have written and the
crooks will write over my cheques!!!

So please do not post your cheques. Looks like nothing is
safe now and do not know who can be trusted these days.

I am waiting to see
how my cheques have been altered or ???!!! It is simply
amazing what brains are used for nowadays.

Please tell all your friends and relatives to warn them of
the danger.

Earthquake Strikes

Today 30th Of September 2009, around 18.18pm i was watching television program after a whole day work. I stay at condominium where very near to the Malacca strait, while i was watching t.v. i feel myself shaking and spinning but impossible than i notice my lamps which hanging on the wall was shaking very quick though in my mind is earthquake which come from Indonesia.

So i run out from the house and see so many people running out toward outside guard house to find the what is happening. Just few minute we got a news where there is a earthquake magnitude 7.9 strikes at Indonesia West Sumatra 23 minutes ago. The quake was recorded about 33 miles from Padang, the capital city of West Sumatra, which is home to more than 800,000 people.

Several buildings were damaged, Metro TV reported. People were seen running out of their homes and toward the hills.

Well, disaster again happen and at the same time i also know that at Samoa happen tsunami and the The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration issued a tsunami watch for Indonesia, India, Thailand and Malaysia.

For Samoa there is no early warning for Samoa tsunami and Some Samoan residents said they had little or no warning of Tuesday's deadly tsunami, despite the development of an early alert system in the wake of the devastating 2004 Indian Ocean disaster.

More than 50 people were killed after a massive 8.0-magnitude earthquake triggered a tsunami over the remote Pacific islands of Samoa and American Samoa, wiping out entire villages and sweeping cars into the sea.

Beware!!!

Now! This is what I call a sleek move.
No one even noticed anything. Fancy just collecting handbags as a group and walking out together.

Paintball Game At Melaka Bukit Katil

Paintball is a sport, in which players compete, in teams or individually, to eliminate opponents by hitting them with pellets containing paint (referred to as a paintball) from a special gun called a paintball marker. Depending on the venue, games are played on either indoor or outdoor fields of varying size. A game field is scattered with natural or artificial terrain, which players use for strategic play.

Rules for playing paintball vary, but can include capture the flag, elimination, defending or attacking a particular point or area, or capturing objects of interest hidden in the playing area. Games can last from seconds to hours.
